This is Outrageous! Movies or Redbox?

When I was six years old the average movie ticket was $4. 42. Now that I'm 20 years old, I'm paying more than double the price. Is it really worth going to the movies now a days? I don't typically believe so. At a local theater by me the price of one ticket is 12 dollars, one SMALL soda is about four dollars, and one small popcorn is a little bit above five.

A Rip OFF.

For 21 dollars what am I really getting? Noisy unbehaved children.... long obnoxious lines.... or how about the people who don't know the concept of putting their cell phones on silent.

Thankfully, I've come across the best thing to feed my movie loving addiction. Redbox. Redbox is conveniently at any supermarket by me. For only one dollar I can choose from hundreds of different movies to watch. That night I can also order a pizza to share with friends and that pizza plus the dollar movie would put me at 12 dollars. The same price as a movie ticket.

I think Redbox has respectfully one this challenge.

  1. I prefer Netflix what with the wider selection and what not but Redbox is pretty niffty.
